These are my process for "cry" in Photoshop CS4. I didn't use lot of effects or functions, mostly brushes only. I am still exploring PS. enjoy it^^

I was inspired by killer jelly fish in some beach, I like their gesture, they look pretty. My original sketch look more alien feeling, but my outcome seem different from it. haha. Anyway,I am still exploring AI software. Enjoy my exploration!
